June 11, 2023, I-AQUAS, UPM Port Dickson Campus. UPM students from the Credit-bearing Co-curricular Course (QKW2109 Group Event Management 2 & QKK2101 Group Service 12) under the supervision of the Co-curricular and Student Development Centre, Universiti Putra Malaysia, participated in the endowment program and released 500 blue swimming crabs to be endowed to the fishermen of Teluk Kemang, Port Dickson.

The seedlings were released in the public waters of Port Dickson Beach adjacent to the Institute of Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences (I-AQUAS), UPM, in conjunction with the Putra Bakti Bersama Komuniti program organized by UPM students from the Credit-bearing Co-curricular Course in Event Management and Service.

It is hoped that through this opportunity of collaboration with Lensa IPT, more public participation or agencies can contribute to the endowment program of releasing blue swimming crabs seedlings to assist the fishermen and the future population of blue swimming crabs.
