ABOUT US

The International Institute of Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences (I-AQUAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is a new research institute upgraded from the Marine Science Centre on 15 December 2017. I-AQUAS serves as a research platform for various disciplines related to aquaculture and aquatic sciences. The Institute has two laboratories, the Laboratory of Sustainable Aquaculture (AquaLab) and the Laboratory Aquatic Ecosystem and Management (EcosystemLab). At this time, I-AQUAS has 13 research associates in the field of aquaculture, aquatic science and aquainformatics
