The International Institute of Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences (I-AQUAS) is committed to supporting the nation's food security. In line with this effort, I-AQUAS has carried out various programs to release blue crabs (Portunus pelagicus) and giant freshwater prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) into the natural environment.

This initiative aims to strengthen aquatic resource stocks, ensure ecosystem balance, and guarantee a sustainable supply of protein resources for the future generation
