June 15, 2023 - I-AQUAS, UPM Port Dickson Campus. The residents of I-AQUAS are delighted to congratulate the recipients of the "Knowledge Transfer Grant Scheme" Industry and Community Network (KTGS JINM) for the year 2023. The project has been awarded to Project Leader Dr. Nur Leena Wong Wai Sin and Member Mohd Fakhrulddin Ismail with the title "Seaweed Cultivation and Health Awareness Program at Omadal Island, Sabah" amounting to RM85,050.00.

Furthermore, we would also like to extend our congratulations to Project Leader Dr. Illisriyani Ismail under the project "Commercialization of produce in seaweed cultivation and health awareness program at Omadal Island, Sabah" with a grant of RM60,100.00.

This grant will be used to expand knowledge and awareness about seaweed cultivation and carry out health programs on Omadal Island, Sabah. This initiative is expected to benefit the local community and promote the growth of the seaweed industry in the area.
