20 April, Alhamdulillah, the International Institute of Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences (I-AQUAS) is honored and delighted to welcome students from the Institute of Teacher Education (IPG) Kampus Pendidikan Teknik for the Teacher Character Building Program (BIG). This five-day program is filled with spiritual, character-building, and leadership activities, aimed at shaping future educators who excel not only academically but also in personal values and integrity.

Throughout the program, participants have the opportunity to explore the importance of human development, strengthen their soft skills, and cultivate compassion and social responsibility. Activities include leadership training, self-reflection sessions, motivational talks, and team-building exercises—all designed to enhance teamwork and resilience.

Additionally, this program allows participants to gain a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities as educators—not merely as knowledge transmitters, but as leaders and mentors who influence future generations. I-AQUAS is proud to be part of this initiative in nurturing quality educators through a holistic and impactful approach. May the experiences gained from the BIG Program serve as a catalyst for personal growth and inspire participants to embrace their future roles with excellence and dedication.
