22 November 2024 - The International Institute of Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences (I-AQUAS) welcomed a visit from IKEDA TOHKA Industries Co. Ltd. from Japan, represented by a delegation of five members. The delegation met with Dr. Clement Roy de Cruz, a representative of I-AQUAS management, and other research officers.

The visit aimed to discuss the management of waste materials from shrimp farming and how these materials could be processed into useful products. This discussion is expected to open up beneficial collaboration opportunities between the two parties in waste management and product innovation.
