Dr Mohammed Abdulsalam

Post Doctoral, I-AQUAS, Universiti Putra Malaysia

He received his B. Eng and M. Eng degrees from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. He proceeds to obtain his PhD in Agricultural Waste Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia, in 2020. He succeeded in developing a novel hybrid system for remediating high-strength wastewater. He got a copyright and patent filing out of this research. He has authored and co-authored over 30 scientific high-impact journals, conferences and a book chapter. His current H-index is 8, with several citations (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=Ub8DLJUAAAAJ&hl=en ). He has received several awards from Nigerian Government, Ahmadu Bello University and Universiti Putra Malaysia. Some of these awards include a 2017-TETFund training fellowship, UPM graduate-on-time (GOT) and NRF-TETFUND research grants.
