PORT DICKSON, 9 December - Kajang Prison, which is one of the prison institutions under Jabatan Penjara Malaysia, has organized a family day for prison staff and their families at the beach in front of Institut Antarabangsa Akuakultur dan Sains Akuatik (I-AQUAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) today. This family day aims to enhance the spirit of kekitaan, harmony and kinship among prison staff and their families, as well as provide opportunities for them to relax and enjoy themselves outside the workplace. The family day was also attended by the Pengarah Penjara Kajang, Tuan Haji Mohd Zaini bin Mohd Zin, who was accompanied by several senior officials and prison staff. As many as 2,000 prison staff and their families attended the family day, which was lively and full of activities such as cooking and sukaneka. I-AQUAS managed to provide facilities such as car sites and toilet facilities and shower rooms as well as cooking areas that allowed such great activities to be successfully carried out.
