COSMOS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE (CIC 2022)

Date: 23rd – 25th August 2022

Venue: Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

SCOPE

New algal (microalgae) eco-engineering technologies and applications are rapidly emerging in the field of aquaculture, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, medicals, wastewater treatment and more. Due to their ecological friendliness and alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), these technologies are key for developing a recycling-oriented, sustainable civilization. Equatorial regions, in particular, are rich in natural solar energy throughout the year and offer great potential of algal (microalgae) technologies and applications. The mission of this conference is to bridge and exchange knowledge and expertise of algal (microalgae) technologies, ranging from basic biological/ecological studies to social applications, towards a new era of eco-engineering.
